The Retirees Sewing Club is a relaxed, beginner-friendly space for women 50 and up who want to learn sewing, explore creativity, and enjoy meaningful community.

Meeting weekly at our Curepe sewing studio, this club is designed for complete beginners and those returning to sewing after many years. Sessions are unhurried, supportive, and focused on enjoying the process as much as the finished project.

What to expect:

• Weekly 3-hour sewing sessions in a calm, welcoming environment
• Small group setting for personalized guidance
• Beginner-friendly projects that build confidence and creativity
• Access to sewing machines, tools, and studio equipment
• Recorded sewing technique videos included for continued learning and refreshers
• Monthly fabric field trips to help you source fabrics and enjoy the experience together

Participants bring their own fabric and notions, while the studio provides the tools and equipment needed to sew comfortably.
